Gensler’s Concerns

Gensler’s stance is that most cryptocurrencies should be classified as securities, aligning with the SEC’s regulatory approach.
While calls for clearer regulatory guidelines have emerged to foster innovation in the US, the SEC continues its campaign to potentially classify Ethereum as a security, issuing subpoenas as part of this initiative.
