Family office-backed crypto investment firm, Deus X Capital, has recently made a significant acquisition by agreeing to purchase institutional digital assets firm HAYVN. The deal includes the acquisition of the business’s brand, technology, clients, and staff, and is set to be finalized before March 28, 2024.

Expanding Presence in the Middle East

By acquiring HAYVN, Abu Dhabi-based crypto trading firm, Deus X Capital, is positioning itself to extend its reach in the Middle East. This strategic move is expected to strengthen the firm’s footprint in the region and capitalize on the growing opportunities in the digital assets market.

Richard Crook, the newly appointed CEO of HAYVN, brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held key positions at BCB Group and major financial institutions such as investment bank RBS and UBS. His focus on growing the business signals the firm’s commitment to expanding its operations and enhancing its service offerings.
